Dieser geräucherte Knoblauch stammt aus kleinbäuerlichem Anbau in Frankreich und wird in traditioneller Handarbeit hergestellt. Die Knollen werden zu Zöpfen geflochten und anschließend schonend geräuchert, wodurch ein intensives, würzig-rauchiges Aroma entsteht.

Traditionelle Herstellung

Der Knoblauch wird von kleinen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben angebaut, von Hand geerntet und direkt nach der Ernte zu Zöpfen geflochten. Anschließend erfolgt die schonende Räucherung über mehrere Tage, wodurch der Knoblauch haltbar gemacht und aromatisch veredelt wird.
